It all began in 1987, when Jerome Dsouza founded Uncle’s Kitchen built on family recipes and a heart for good food. His brother Peter Dsouza, joined hands to nurture that dream, alongwith the Founder’s Sons, Sunny and Ronnie Dsouza. Now, Sunny and Ronnie continue the legacy along with the third generation family members, Chef Mervyn, Mahek, and Jaden Dsouza, bringing in fresh energy to the same timeless table. The recipes may evolve, but the soul remains Uncle’s.
